I have no earthly idea, I don't know music theory
Not bad but I will only give this 2 stars.
I like the concept for the basses, but maybe a little less low end, or boost the low end after the distortion? That's about all though. I'd like to see you make something longer.
Well i rarely made less than 2 minutes track, you can check others if you like :3
this is the end of the EP so i made it short :v
I'm listening a bit more and I just realised that the Bb in 435 sounds like an A‡, or a Bdb.
I was bouncing between A=454hz and A=440hz, just a smidge over a quarter tone sharp.
I really liked how the two intonations worked like a light/dark flavoring to the same notes, I spent a pretty good amount of time working out a loose set of guidelines for myself to get the quarter tones to work. Perfect 5th jumps are easy for the listener to adjust to, arpeggios need to be gradually detuned to the new system over multiple notes, and 440 feels alien when you sit on another intonation for long enough in the song.
I'm listening to the 1st section and it seems normal, then I'm listening a bit more and I'm like "Yep, that's an G half-flat if I've ever heard one."
The transition from B to C half-flat was really nice.
Hybrid dubstep has always been a favourite of mine.
Your majesty.
Not bad, not bad. I especially like the use of changing tempos and the distorted guitar that reveals somewhat of a melody later in the song.
Hi, I'm Sl1pz. I make dubstep and other assorted EDM subgenres and I'm not on the Internet enough so I figured I'd do this. Finally started using this website again.
